My 1:1 Coaching program begins with a 6-session commitment.
Six bi-weekly sessions give us the space to regulate your nervous system, shift old patterns, and build the kind of momentum that feels real in your everyday life. If you get to the end and want to keep going (many clients do!), you’ll always have the option to extend your coaching journey.
Here’s what’s included

60-minute virtual sessions may include parts work (IFS), breathwork, energetic work, Conscious Leadership Group tools, and grounded spirituality. I bring these different modalities together intuitively based on what’s most relevant for you in the moment! I don’t take a one-size fits all approach because we’re all so wildly different.

Check-ins, voice notes, gentle accountability, and guidance as things come up in real time.

Simple exercises, journal prompts, and perspective shifts to help the work land in your actual real life, not just during our calls.

My greatest strength as a coach comes from what I’ve lived, not just what I’ve learned
While I have multiple certifications in Breathwork as well as a certification in Quantum Energy Healing, I really feel the most powerful tools and perspectives I bring to my coaching practice come straight from my lived experience and my genuine love for inner work.

This was the beginning of everything for me!
When you’re living with an addiction or unhealthy coping patterns, your nervous system is locked in survival mode. Alcohol was the central force of chaos in my life for sooo long that once I removed it, everything else finally had room to heal.
I quit drinking in a non-traditional way—without AA, finding my own path. Today, I’m 9 years sober.

Chronic digestive issues—eventually joined by fatigue and migraines (so fun!!!)—were what finally forced me to listen to my nervous system and address my stress. Through breathwork, mindfulness, and a complete reorientation of how I was living, I eventually brought my system back into balance.
Digestive problems I struggled with for over a decade are now a thing of the past, and my migraines are few and far between. I completely credit this healing to the healing of my nervous system!

I spent so many years in talk therapy, and while it was so incredibly value, I still felt STUCK. It’s because I was spending a lot of time talking about and intellectualizing my feelings, but I wasn’t feeling any of them.
I now know how to sit with myself through discomfort and challenging emotions which feels like a true superpower.

I spent years trapped in a vicious cycle of restriction and binging. I was completely disconnected from my body’s signals and used food as a way to regulate my emotions. I was basically at war with my body.
Through learning how to come back into my body and rebuild a sense of safety within my nervous system, my relationship with food has completely changed—and my relationship with myself did too.
