Everything I do is centered around helping you come home to yourself. If you’ve been feeling stuck and overwhelmed or like you’ve lost touch with who you are, you’ve come to the right place! 

I truuuly believe that we can all change our lives at any time. It all begins with you! When you tend to your inner world—your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and mindset—your external world blooms. When you’re at peace with all parts of yourself, anything becomes possible! That might sound a little woo-woo-airy-fairy to you, but I promise you it’s not.

I know it to be true firsthand. I spent YEARS feeling mis and looking for fixes outside of myself—”if only I had xyz, then I’d feel better.”  

I created this offering from my own lived experience—after years of chasing anything outside of myself to feel whole, all while feeling completely disconnected inside. I had spent years in talk traditional talk therapy, and while it was absolutely helpful and valuable, I still felt super stuck! I had a strong cognitive understanding of my past and how it was affecting my present, but I didn’t actually feel any better. I was repeating the same patterns, getting stuck in the same loops. It was through breathwork, nervous system regulation, and deep inner “work” that I found my way back to myself. I learned throughout my own experience that healing can be fun and even playful and light-hearted. I bring this same energy and levity into my practice!

I am simply here as someone to lean on (who has been exactly where you are!) as you navigate understanding yourself better and seeing yourself more clearly. There’s nothing to fix, just parts of yourself to explore in a way that feels fun, empowering, and a little magical.

My work is rooted in nervous system regulation and exploring the power of the mind. Through a blend of breathwork, mindfulness, personalized coaching, and my own lived experience, I help you move out of survival mode and into a place of safety, clarity, and self-trust so that the shifts you make don’t just feel good in the moment, but actually last.

    We’ll begin by reconnecting you to your body and your nervous system. Through simple practices, you’ll learn how to tune in, regulate, and listen to the signals your body is giving you. This is the foundation for everything that follows!

  • Curiosity

    Once you feel more grounded, we’ll get curious. Together we’ll explore the beliefs, patterns, and stories you’ve been carrying:

    Who am I living for right now?

    What parts of my life feel good and aligned—and which don’t?

    Which beliefs are truly mine, and which were inherited from family or society?

    This stage is about shining a gentle light on the hidden influences shaping your life.

  • Redesign

    With clarity about where you’ve been, we’ll begin to intentionally design what comes next! This is where things get really fun.

    We’ll uncover your core values and use them as your compass. You’ll start choosing new thoughts and beliefs that align with the life you want, while strengthening new neural pathways to support lasting change.

  • INTEGRATION

    This is where it all comes to life!

    You’ll take what you’ve learned and begin living it—feeling more grounded, spacious, and aligned in your day-to-day! You’ll practice your new way of being until it becomes natural, all with my support along the way.
