I spent over 12 years in the corporate world, holding leadership roles across fast-paced industries. I know what it’s like to lead teams, navigate pressure, and carry the weight of constant expectations.

What set me apart during those years wasn’t another certification or a specific management style, it was mindfulness. Learning to pause before reacting, regulate my nervous system, and lead from presence instead of pressure changed everything.

Now, I help others do the same. I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel good at work because work can and should feel good! I believe we lead best when we’re grounded, self-aware, and able to see our ego in real time.

Through breathwork, mindfulness, and conscious leadership, my work helps leaders and teams create workplaces that feel more HUMAN, mindful, and calm from the inside out.
