I’m so glad you’re here!
I firmly believe that all change starts within. When you work on your inner world—your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and mindset—your external world inevitably follows suit. When you’re at peace with all parts of yourself, anything becomes possible!
I know this to be true firsthand.
My own healing journey started 10 years ago after hitting a biiig uncomfy rock bottom; I was struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, alcohol, disordered eating, low self-worth, people-pleasing—the list could go on! It was a fun time. On the outside, it looked like I had it all together (a successful corporate career, a v busy social life), but on the inside, I was deeply unhappy, unsettled, and didn’t know myself, let alone love myself.
I finally made the choice to do something about it. I found my own coach, began a regular breathwork practice to regulate my nervous system, and started actively choosing to change my mindset and shift my perspective. And over time, I started to feel better. I liked feeling good. I liked getting to know myself! I felt relieved, like I was finally coming home to myself for the first time.
I learned throughout my own experience that healing (or growing, evolving, exploring yourself) can be fun and even playful and light-hearted. I bring this same energy and levity into my practice!
Today, I’m living a life that I never thought possible for myself that’s better than anything I could have ever dreamed. I live in upstate, New York with my wife, Michele, our son, Jacob, and our dog, Lucy Bear. I love spending time in nature., hiking, eating well, and traveling.

“From the moment I started working with Bri, I knew I had found something different. Something real. She’s not just a coach, she’s a grounding force. She sees people. She listens in a way that makes you feel truly understood, not analyzed or preached at. And what’s wild is how fast I started to shift in a real, sustainable way. Our very first session (breathwork, which I fully doubted would do anything for me) ended up unlocking something huge. That practice is now part of my daily life. It totally works and not in a trendy way, in a this-actually-calms-my-nervous-system kind of way.”
