When you work on your inner world — your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and mindset — your external world inevitably follows suit. I truly believe, through my own experience, that when you're at peace with all parts of yourself, anything is possible. So that's how I approach my coaching practice!

My goal is to help you find peace within yourself so that you feel good and the rest of your life feels good too.

My 12-week 1:1 coaching program is designed to support all of you—mind, body, and spirit—to help you feel lighter, freer, and more like yourself.

I created this offering from my own lived experience—after years of chasing anything outside of myself to feel whole, all while feeling completely disconnected inside. It was through breathwork, nervous system regulation, and deep inner work that I found my way back to myself. I learned throughout my own experience that healing can be fun and even playful and light-hearted. I bring this same energy and levity into my practice!

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, or just craving more ease and flow, I meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll gently unwind the patterns keeping you in survival mode and rebuild safety, presence, and self-trust from the inside out.

This is not a one-size-fits-all program. It’s fully personalized and intuitive, shaped around your unique needs, nervous system, and lived experience.

i asked one of my clients, perri, a series of questions so that you could hear about her experience in her own words vs. mine!

what did you love about your coaching sessions with bri?

“What I love most about working with Bri is how quickly she created a safe, supportive space that felt both healing and productive/actionable. How did you feel before starting coaching with Bri vs. now? what are the changes you’ve experienced?

“Before coaching with Bri, I was going through the motions. I was working hard, constantly “on,” and managing stress through gummies, tequila, prescription pharmaceuticals, not real tools. I had little structure for myself outside of work, and my internal dialogue—especially around body image—was quietly toxic. I didn’t realize how much I was carrying until I started to let some of it go.

In working with Bri, we’ve created real routines that support me, both mentally and physically. My sleep has improved, my confidence is stronger, and I’m more present in my body and in my life. I’ve developed healthier habits without it feeling forced, and I’ve learned to challenge the harsh inner critic that used to run the show.
