Did you know that 80% of adults have a dysfunctional breathing pattern? I was SO surprised to learn this!

A disordered breathing pattern can keep our nervous system in a constant state of stress. Poor breathing habits contribute to anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, and even chronic health issues. Long-term stress from disordered breathing is linked to higher inflammation markers and weakened immune response, making individuals more susceptible to illness—and yet, the majority of us were never taught how to breathe optimally!

This is why I’m so passionate about educating people on the breath.

My Breath Workshops are designed to teach your employees or teams how to breathe properly and how to self-regulate with their breath. I teach simple, science-backed techniques to regulate stress, calm the nervous system, increase mental clarity, and boost energy.

With a background in the corporate world, I understand firsthand the pressures, pace, and performance demands that can lead to chronic stress and burnout.
