I'll teach you proper breathing mechanics to ensure you're breathing optimally on a daily basis. You'll also learn specific breathing techniques that you can come back to daily in moments of stress, anxiety, or overwhelm. We'll end the session with a relaxing breathwork practice.
This session is great for beginners hoping to cultivate more mindfulness and awareness around the breath.

active breathwork
Active breathwork is a deeply transformative and self-healing active meditation. This powerful breathwork practice helps you shift your state, release stuck emotions, and regulate your nervous system. We’ll start the session by chatting through any areas you may feel stuck or blocked. You'll set an intention, and I'll guide you through a 3-part breath (two inhales, one exhale) that's designed to help you get out of your mind and into your body. After 30 minutes of active breathing, you’ll have plenty of time to rest, recharge, and integrate the experience. You’ll leave feeling light and blissful.
