I really believe change starts with awareness. You can’t change waht you can’t see! The mind shapes the lens through which we experience life. When we get curious about our minds and learn to notice our thoughts with compassion, we open space for new perspectives, beliefs, and possibilities. We’ll work to understand and rewire the mental patterns that keep you stuck, so you can begin to feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned with who you truly are.

The body holds everything—our stress, our emotions, our stories. I use breathwork and nervous system regulation to help you come back into your body and release any sticky emotions your cells have been holding onto! When the body feels safe and clear, the mind can relax, and healing naturally unfolds. Every practice I share is designed to help you feel grounded, present, and at home in your own body.

Your spirit is the quiet knowing beneath it all—the part of you that already remembers who you are. My approach blends science with spirituality, guiding you back to that deeper wisdom through awareness, presence, and trust. I’m a Breathwork Facilitator and Self-Development Coach.

Everything I do is centered around helping you come home to yourself. If you’ve been feeling stuck and overwhelmed or like you’ve lost touch with who you are, you’ve come to the right place.

I truuuly believe that we can all change our lives at any time. It all begins with you. When you tend to your inner world—your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and mindset—your external world blooms. When you’re at peace with all parts of yourself, anything becomes possible! 

I am simply here as someone to lean on (who has been exactly where you are!) as you navigate understanding yourself better and seeing yourself more clearly. There’s nothing to fix, just parts of yourself to explore in a way that feels fun, empowering, and a little magical.

My work is rooted in nervous system regulation and exploring the power of the mind. Through a blend of breathwork, mindfulness, personalized coaching, and my own lived experience, I help you move out of survival mode and into a place of safety, clarity, and self-trust so that the shifts you make don’t just feel good in the moment, but actually last.
